Wabanaki Warriors of the Past
Yet Another WORK IN PROCESS
On these pages we honor our Ancient Wabanaki Warriors. They have fought for many generations and in many conflicts - some of their own making, but most brought on by others. They have always fought bravely. We honor their memories - it is The Way.
We encourage our Friends to submit names and family information to be included in this section. The Warrior need not be full blooded, but should have Wabanaki grandparents or identified themselves as a Native Person in some document or by the way they lived their life.
We have included a special section for Wabanaki women who contributed to war efforts as nurses, camp followers, or in other similar capacities.
Unfortunately, due to time and web site space constraints, we can not include Warriors of the 20th Century.
